Boca Grande Florida Kayak Fishing

Kayak Fishing Guided Trips Boca Grande, Florida

Boca Grande Pass is by no means an area conducive to kayak fishing; however, the shallow back-country waters of Gasparilla Sound, Bull Bay, and Turtle Bay offer some of the finest shallow water fishing opportunities in all of Southwest Florida.  Beautiful grass flats, and a myriad of mangrove covered islands are the year-round home to redfish, snook, spotted sea trout, snappers, and sheepheads.  By the early days of summer, tarpon fishing is in full swing in the backcountry.

In mid-winter the waters are low and clear; sight casting opportunities abound for both redfish and snook.

We'll provide you with a fully rigged kayak, appropriate spinning or fly tackle; and more than enough instruction and insight to enjoy not only today's fishing trip, but to build a foundation for your future enjoyment of kayak fishing.  Beginners or expert, everyone is welcome.  Spin fishermen, fly fishermen, or complete novices; we can tailor a trip to suit your experience and expiations.  Trips are limited to not more than three anglers, this is to insure everyone receives as much guidance as they require for a safe and informative experience.

Other kayak fishing trip options for the Boca Grande area include night fishing under the lights for snook.  In the late spring and summer months we have the option of fishing the surf for snook of all sizes.
